If you've read anything I've written in the past couple of months it's pretty clear I am on some sort of self improvement mission. I've started all these habits that I not only really enjoy, but find myself craving more of throughout the day! Things like visualization, personal education on topics I'm interested in on youtube and ted talks, reading other people blogs on topics like minimalism, veganism, starting my own business, homeschooling, health, morning meditation and visualization and one of my favorites, brain training.
I've started to notice patterns in the ways of successful and (here's the key word) HAPPY people. Successful and happy people have a routine that they accomplish first thing in the morning. They take time for themselves. They enrich their own mind with small and quick little habits that super charge their days making them more productive and clear minded.
- Here is a list of 5 quick and easy things you can start adding to your morning routine to help you become the best you!
1. Get up 1 hour earlier then you normally would
2.Drink 1 to 2 glasses of water (preferably with lemon) to awaken your body
3.Do a simple 6 part guided meditation
4.Make your bed
5.Start a journal. Start writing down you thoughts, feelings, and dreams. Get them out of your head, this way the negative is released from your mind, and you can feel better about your day and your life. This gives you more clarity and an more open mind for positiveness, and attracting into your day and life what you really want.
